He is a very soft-spoken guy and not much of a people person but he is very warm if you approach him. It was through cinematography that brought colour into his life and ever since then he’s been dedicated to film-making, learning and appreciating the art. Dubbed the ‘technical genius’ in the team, he enjoys researching and because of this became pretty good at handling any technical difficulties but will never pick up novel to do some light reading. With him around, you can be assured that all things will go smoothly and that’s a promise. From making sure all the equipment is ready to go till backing up a hard day’s worth of footage.
If you had a million dollars to spend, how would you choose to spend it?I’ll probably choose to build my dream film-making kit and well a custom powerful computer.
Imagine a world without any electronic devices, how will your daily life be?I’m pretty sure I will stop imagining. 😅
What motivates you to look forward to every new wedding?The tension, the anxiety, when heartbeats get faster and time slows down, emotions surging through the atmosphere at that moment when the bride walks down the aisle, teary yet happy. I get this feeling every time and I love it.
What part of a wedding do you love shooting or editing the most?Favorite part of the wedding is the Reception where everybody lets loose and just enjoys the moment. It is when the dance floor opens you get to experience an electrifying atmosphere. With your camera in hand, you head into the heart of the crowd and just flow with the energy. You have no idea how creative you can get while editing what you captured at that very moment.
